Here is my very First Land Rover with my Mates First land rover, His is soft top and mine is short wheel base series 2 A.
He painted his just after he bought it around 3 months after I purchased and painted the stripes in a fresh coat of paint on my own Land rover.
We had some amazing adventures in them together.
Now I have my Range Rover and am adding Adventures to it.
Love too get my old one back:-).

They look great Tim. Which engine have the Landys? Original rover or Holden 6 cyl?
I would love to have a 88 with a 3.5 V8 engine fitted. Just wonder if the Stage 1 was available in a SWB?
